I'm having the same exact issue with my 2016 Ford Fusion Energi. But in addition to all 3 alerts, when they light up it feels like I lose power steering. I have to crank my steering wheel hard. My brakes also start "skipping" like my wheels are locked and not slowing to a roll. I have fishtailed, and once I hydroplaned in the rain.
